Healthy smoothie recipe or what I eat for breakfast to lose weight

Jump to Recipe

After blackberry cobbler and blackberry oatmeal, I put blackberries in my favorite breakfast smoothie as well. This healthy smoothie recipe can be served in a bowl, a cup or a glass, whatever you prefer, but you will definitely need a spoon. Well, it’s breakfast, so I like to make this smoothie thick.

Healthy smoothie for weight loss

Whenever I want to lose weight, the first thing I start doing is change what I eat for breakfast. Instead of cheese pastry, french toast roll ups and similar breakfast treats, I have oatmeal or this healthy smoothie for breakfast at least 4 times per week. For the other 3 breakfast meals, I usually have scrambled eggs or egg muffins.

I am not a nutritionist so I cannot give you professional advice on losing weight. I just want to share my personal experience. Anytime I want to lose a few pounds, I have this smoothie for breakfast. For lunch and dinner I don’t change what I eat, but at least avoid fast food and deep fried food.
