Healthy Smoothie Recipe
Blackberry smoothie bowl with oats, banana, flaxseeds and almonds...Start your day with healthy breakfast!
Servings: 1 people
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup of oats
- 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
- a few almonds
In a blender, first add around 250g of yogurt, then one banana, a tablespoon of ground flaxseed and half cup of oats.
Blend for 10 seconds then add a cup of fresh or frozen blackberries, and blend 10 more seconds. You can optionally add a few almonds.
