  • 250 g yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup of oats
  • 1 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • a few almonds


  • In a blender, first add around 250g of yogurt, then one banana, a tablespoon of ground flaxseed and half cup of oats.
  • Blend for 10 seconds then add a cup of fresh or frozen blackberries, and blend 10 more seconds. You can optionally add a few almonds.
