1tsporegano
1/2tspcajun
1tspsweet paprika
1tspsmoked paprika
2tspsalt
1 1/2tsppepper
3tbspbrown sugar
4slicesprosciutto
1tbspdijon mustard
3tbspapricot jam
2poundspork ham
Instructions
To cut the ham rind, you need a sharp knife and a cutting board. Place the knife between the rind and the meat and cut as much as you can, from all sides. Finally, use your hands to peel the rind off.
Sprinkle the pork rub mixture and rub the ham thoroughly. The better you rub, the tastier pork will be. Wrap the ham in prosciutto. Place the ham in a heated oven, and bake for one hour at 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
After one hour of baking, sprinkle the brown sugar all over the ham and wrap it in prosciutto. Put it back in the oven for an additional one hour.
In the last 15 minutes of baking, brush the mixture of apricot jam and dijon mustard, or any other mustard you have.
