Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 banana (or avocado)
  • 200 ml yogurt or vegan yogurt
  • 50 ml milk (optional)
  • a few almonds or cashews
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
