  • 220 g yogurt
  • 1 medium-size banana
  • 2 handfuls of rolled oats
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 5 to 7 almonds
  • 1 tbsp flax seed


  • Add all ingredients in the blender and mix for 2 minutes or so.
  • Taste the smoothie and add more raspberries if you like, or more yogurt if the smoothie is too thick.
