Instructions
Wash the eggplant thoroughly and to cut it into rounds (rings). Sprinkle some sea salt and black pepper and place it in the baking pan on the baking sheet.
Put thin slices of fresh tomatoes on each eggplant ring. Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt, dried basil or oregano and a drizzle of olive oil on each tomato slice.
Cover pizza with thin slices of mozzarella, gauda or any cheese of your choice.
