Instructions
Wash potatoes thoroughly, peel them and then cut them in a shape of thin sticks. Remember, they should be the same size, or at least similar size and shape. When you place them in the pan, make some space between them, they should be put in the same level.
In a small bowl, mix all the spices and oil. Use the baking brush to brush the potatoes which you previously placed in a baking pan. Don't forget to use the parchment paper.
These sweet potato fries are baked at 400 degrees F (200 degrees Celsius), for about 30 minutes. Use the oven mode and not the convection fan mode if you want your fries to turn out crispy. For extra crispy sweet potato fries, bake them for additional five minutes and flip them after 15 minutes of baking.
